Editorial ratings are our own assessments. They are not customer-review scores, and commission does not buy a higher position.
How to reach the team
Use the contact form or the contact details shown on this site, if your version of the page displays them. We have not published a phone number or support hours here, so please do not rely on any number you find elsewhere that claims to be ours. When you write, it helps to include:
- The page address or the name of the sportsbook you are asking about.
- The offer or term in question, and what you saw on the sportsbook's own site.
- The date you viewed it and your state, since availability varies by state.
Please never send passwords, full card numbers, or Social Security numbers. We will not ask for them.
Questions we cannot answer for you
Some issues can only be resolved by the sportsbook that holds your account. We cannot see your account, reverse a decision, or release funds. Contact the operator directly about:
- A bonus that did not credit, or a promo code that was rejected.
- Delayed withdrawals, identity verification, or account limits.
- Settlement disputes on a specific bet.

A note on offers and accuracy

Always confirm the current terms on the operator's own site before you deposit. Some sportsbooks we list may operate offshore. Offshore operators are generally not covered by US state consumer protections, and there is added risk that a withdrawal may not be paid. Check the licensing and legality of any operator in your own state, and consult a qualified professional on tax or legal questions.
